INCREASE SIGNUPS

  • Create e-club cards for Hooters Girls to hand out to encourage customers to sign up. Could include a QR code directly to sign-up page.

  • Create a contest among stores to see who could bring in the most sign-ups during a certain time frame.

  • Run a paid social campaign to increase e-club awareness/sign-ups.

  • Feature sign-ups/ e-club offer on LTO or POS in store. 

  • Print stickers for to-go bags, receipts, etc.

  • Name your email database. Experiment with a name to create a feel of comradery and exclusivity.

REWARD CUSTOMERS

  • Re-introduce a birthday or yearly anniversary offer, such as “Desserts on Us!” to offer free piece of cake.

  • Randomly send out e-club-only offers, especially during a slower day/week/month, to push a specific item that needs to be moved.

  • Incentivize specific groups. For example, one group sent weekly coupons to customers who held their draft parties at Hooters. The open rates were significantly higher than for typical emails... 35% -> 51%
